Hassle Free 30-Day Return Policy

If you are unhappy then please tell us! We offer a 30 days return policy and allow you to return the bike for 100% refund. Our returns have no hidden fees and sometimes, we will even cover the cost of shipping. We treat all returns individually and the process is simple and easy. 


What is the return procedure?

Step 1: Submit an email via this form 'Contact Us' or directly to tycoonbikes@gmail.com. Make sure to include in your message your full name, order number, reason for the return and say if the package was opened or not. 

Step 2: As soon as your return request is processed and approved, you will be provided with the details on how to return the bike back to us. We will provide a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA) that will need to be clearly visible on the box. 

Step 3: Our warehouse will receive your package and issue the refund immediately at that point. You will get an email notification confirming the refund to the original payment method used. Depending on the banking institution the refund could take 1-5 business day to appear on your statements. 



If you are looking to exchange the product within the first 30 days, follow the steps above and add the exchange model you would rather. In the case where there is a discrepancy in price, we will charge or refund the difference. 

In the case where the bike is damaged or defective, make sure to consult the warranty policy and submit a claim to get a part or bike replacement. 


Cancellation Policy

TycoonBikes.com provides exemplary customer service by quickly and accurately processing orders. All of our orders are processed within 24 hours and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day. 

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by filling out this form 'Contact Us' or replying to the confirmation email of your purchase. If the order was not processed yet, we can cancel it and refund you right away. However, if the order has been processed (usually after 24h of ordering), we cannot cancel the order and you will have to follow the refund steps explained above.
