Shipping Policy 

All our orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Option 1: Ship to Door

Free shipping to Canada and the United States

We offer free shipping on all bicycles to be delivered in Canada and in the USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). The service takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the location and carrier (Fedex / USPS / Canada Post / Purolator). We also offer an express shipping option of 1-3 business days, for an additional $49 fee. All bikes ship out from our warehouses in Canada (Montreal or Vancouver) or USA (New York). 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with Fedex and USPS. To get a quote and details on shipping to international addresses, please reach out to our team by chat or email. 

Tracking Number

Once the order ships out, we'll send you an email confirmation with the carrier details and tracking number. 

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes of APO/AFO addresses. 

Packaging / Assembly

All our bicycles are carefully packaged and quality checked before being seing out. Tycoon bikes come 90% pre-assembled. You will have to complete the assembly by referring to the easy instructions (available in written and video formats) included inside the package. We provide all the tools needed (Allen-Keys and ranch).

Option 2: Ship to Store

What is Buy Online and Pick Up in Store?

Due to popular demand, we are now offering the possibility to ship your new bike directly to a local bike shop to allow a professional mechanic to assemble the bike and ready to ready when you pick it up. 

How does it work?

Step 1: Select the model, size and color you would like to purchase and click 'Add to Cart'.

Step 2:  At the Checkout, select the shipping method 'Pickup in Local Store + Assembly'. 

Step 3:  Still at checkout, make sure you enter your full delivery address (ie. home). This is the address we will use source the closest approved bike shop where you will pick-up your bike. 

Step 4: Within 1-2 days following your purchase, we will email you the address of the selected bike shop. In some cases, we might send you various options to pick from. We will also give you the details for the shipping and assembly timeline. 

Step 5: Once approved, we ship the bike to the dealer. You will receive a tracking number by email as well as a notification once the bike has been delivered. 

Step 6: When the bike is assembled, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for pick-up. 

Step 7: Pick up your bike at the shop, and make sure you bring a valid Photo ID as well as a copy of the online order. 

How long does assembly usually take?

The assembly will vary from store to store. As a rule of thumb, it usually take 3-6 business days for the bike to be assembled and ready to be picked up. 

How much does it cost?

The Ship to Store option costs $75. This fee is paid at checkout when selecting the shipping method. We take care to pay the bike shop for its services so you do not have to pay anything additional when you pick up the bike. Express shipping can not be combined with the pick up in store option. 

HOLIDAY PERIOD SPECIAL: ALL ORDERS FROM NOV 15TH TO DEC 26TH WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE PICKUP IN STORE + ASSEMBLY OPTION. THIS OPTION WILL APPEAR AS 'FREE' AT CHECKOUT.
